Wild Things!

An art exhibition on the theme of climate & nature.  

Susi Nightingale is the organiser and she has booked Dittisham Village Hall from July 14th-20th.

Art has a unique ability to cross boundaries, to directly communicate both intellectually and emotionally, and to fire our imagination. 

Would you like to take part by showing a piece of art at the exhibition? 

It might be your response to the topic of climate or nature now, or it could be a vision of a positive future!

Susi asks:

• Would you like to be part of this by showing a piece of art or craft work?
• Would you be willing to donate something to be sold?
• Would you help with being in the hall for a day or part of a day, to put up posters and so on?
• AND the idea is that this would be the start of a roving Wild Things exhibition - so - are you someone who the baton could be passed to in your local area?

She has already had a lot of positive feedback which is great.

The aims are:

• Having fun turning thoughts about nature and climate solution into expressive art
• Raising money for lovely local projects
• Exchanging and expanding ideas

The opening will be a great excuse to have meeting too - and so that is perfect if you want to do a performance piece or recital.
